Frequently Asked Questions

The most common questions we hear from property managers.

How long does a typical building cleaning take?
Most mid-rise commercial buildings take a single day, including setup and teardown. Larger high-rise facades may run two to three days. Because there's no scaffolding to assemble or dismantle, our timelines are typically 50–70% shorter than traditional cleaning crews.
Is drone cleaning safe for my building's facade?
Yes. We calibrate pressure and detergent to your specific surface — glass, brick, EIFS, painted metal, stucco, or curtain wall. Drone-based cleaning is gentler than rope-access washing because coverage is even and contactless, eliminating gouges, swing-stage scuffs, and uneven streaking.
What happens if the weather is bad on the scheduled day?
We monitor wind speed, precipitation, and temperature at the airframe altitude — not just ground-level conditions. If conditions fall outside our safe-flight envelope, we reschedule at no cost. We always book buffer days into project timelines so weather rarely affects your overall delivery date.
What types of buildings can you service?
We service low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise commercial buildings up to roughly 200 feet — including office towers, multi-family residential, mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and industrial facilities. If your building is taller or has unusual architectural features, send a few photos and we'll tell you up front whether it's a fit.
How is the runoff water managed during cleaning?
Our ground crew deploys runoff capture systems — berms, vacuums, and diversion mats — at every project, so wash water is collected and disposed of properly. This keeps us compliant with NYC DEP regulations and local NJ stormwater rules, and protects your sidewalks, landscaping, and adjacent properties.
