Drone cleaning the upper-floor windows of a commercial building
FOR CLEANING, JANITORIAL & FACILITY SERVICE COMPANIES

Your Job. Our Drone.
You Keep the Client.

When a bid needs a swing stage, a lift, or scaffolding just to reach the upper floors, we fly it as your subcontractor. You keep the contract, the client, and the relationship. We handle the elevation at 40–60% lower cost than traditional access — which is your room to win the bid and still make money on it.

The Jobs You’re Walking Away From

Every cleaning company has them — the buildings that are a few floors too tall, the bids where the access cost eats the margin, the client who wants one vendor for the whole property. Here’s how having a drone on your team changes each one.

🏢

The Building Is Taller Than Your Reach

Your crew is great up to the height your poles and lifts allow. Above that, you either pass on the job or price in rigging you don’t own.

We extend your reach to 15 stories. The upper floors stop being a reason to say no.

🏗️

Scaffolding & Lift Rentals Kill the Margin

Swing stages, boom lifts, and scaffolding rigs add thousands to a bid before a single window is cleaned. Most of that money leaves your company and goes to the rental yard.

No rigging, no rental. The drone works from ground level, so that line item comes out of your bid and the savings stay in your pocket.

⚖️

Fall Risk, OSHA & Insurance

Putting your people on ropes or a stage is the single riskiest thing a cleaning company does, and your insurance carrier prices it that way.

Nobody from your crew works at height. We fly from the ground under our own FAA certification and $1M insurance.

🤝

The Client Wants One Vendor

Property managers usually want to hand the whole exterior to one company rather than split it between you and a high-rise specialist they have to find and manage themselves.

Now you’re the one vendor. Interior, ground level, and upper floors — all under your name, your contract, your invoice.

📉

Losing Bids to Bigger Companies

The larger outfits win mid-rise and high-rise work because they own the access equipment and can absorb the cost. You can’t compete on their terms.

Compete on cost instead. Our low operating cost means your bid on the exterior can come in well under a scaffolding-based competitor.

😫

Week-Long Setups & Tenant Complaints

Scaffolding means sidewalk closures, blocked parking, noise, and complaints that land on your client — and then on you.

Compact, low-profile operation. Faster on and off site, with far less disruption for the tenants your client answers to.

How Teaming Up Works

Simple on purpose. You run the job the way you always have. We’re the part of your crew that flies.

01

You Bring the Job

A bid comes in with upper floors you’d normally pass on or price with rigging. You send us the address and the scope.

02

We Price the Elevation

We size the exterior and give you our subcontract price for the drone portion. You build it into your bid at whatever margin you want.

03

We Fly It Under Your Contract

On your schedule, as your sub. Your crew handles interior glass and ground level; we handle the floors above. One coordinated job.

04

You Invoice Your Client

We invoice you. You invoice them. The client sees one company — yours. We never contact your customer directly.

What You Get

  • Access to jobs you can’t take today — mid-rise and high-rise exteriors up to 15 stories.
  • Room to bid under a scaffolding-based competitor — and keep the margin that comes with it.
  • No equipment to buy, rent, store, or insure.
  • Your crew stays on the ground. Your fall-risk exposure doesn’t grow with the building.
  • Free aerial photos of every building we clean, yours to hand to the client under your name.
  • A standing partner, not a one-off. Call us on every tall bid.

What We Promise

  • We never go around you. Your client is your client. We don’t market to them, quote them, or keep their contact information.
  • We work under a prime contractor’s schedule and show up when the job plan says to.
  • FAA Part 107 certified pilots and insurance to $1M on every flight. Certificates available on request.
  • Straight answers on what we can and can’t do — see below. We’d rather tell you no up front than cost you a job.
  • Referrals both ways. When work comes to us that belongs with a traditional crew, we’d rather refer it to a partner than turn it down.

Where the Money Is

Take a 10-story building in New Jersey. Done the traditional way, the exterior alone runs $15,000–$30,000+ once scaffolding, lift rental, and a full crew are in the price. Done with a drone, the same exterior runs $6,000–$12,000.

That gap is the whole point. It’s enough room for you to underbid the scaffolding companies, pay us for the flight, and still keep a healthy margin on work you couldn’t touch before.

And because our operating cost is low — no rigging, no rental yard, a small crew on the ground — that gap holds up on building after building, not just the occasional job.

Exterior of a 10-Story NJ Building
Scaffolding / Swing Stage $15,000–$30,000+
Drone Clean US $6,000–$12,000
Lower Total Cost 40–60%

What We Can and Can’t Do — Straight Up

You’re putting your name on the job, so you need to know exactly where we fit. No surprises on site.

📏

Building Height

We work on buildings from 3 stories up to 12–15 stories. Below 3 stories it’s usually cheaper for your crew to do it from the ground. Above 15, we’ll tell you honestly before you bid.

🪟

Exterior Only

Exterior windows, glass, and facades — the part of the building your crew can’t reach. Everything at ground level and inside stays with you.

⚡

Power Lines

We don’t fly where power lines run directly against the structure. Send us the address and we’ll check it before you commit to the client.

🗓️

Lead Time

Plan on 2–3 weeks from go-ahead to flight, plus permit processing time where a permit is required. Permit timing is set by the municipality, not us — we won’t promise a date that ignores it.

🌧️

Weather

Drones don’t fly in high wind or rain. If conditions fall outside our safe-flight envelope, we reschedule at no cost. Build a weather day into your job plan and it’s a non-issue.

🗺️

Where We Work

New Jersey, the NYC metro area, and the Philadelphia area. Have a job somewhere else in the region? Ask — we’ll give you a straight answer.

Referrals Go Both Ways

When property managers ask us for things we don’t do — interior glass, ground-level pressure washing, masonry and restoration — we’d rather refer it to a partner than turn it down. Team up with us and you’re first on that list.

Book a 15-Minute Partner Call

Tell us about your company, then pick a time on the next screen. It’s a Google Meet video call — no pitch deck, just a conversation about the buildings you’d like to bid.

Next screen: our Google Calendar. Pick a slot and you’ll get a Google Meet link by email. Partner terms are discussed on the call — nothing is public and nothing is quoted to your client.

Questions Cleaning Companies Ask Us

The things owners and ops managers want to know before putting their name on a job we fly.

Will you ever contact our client directly?
No. On a subcontract job the client is yours, full stop. If someone on site asks who we are, we’re your drone crew.
How does pricing work between us?
We give you a subcontract price for the drone portion of each job, sized to the building. You build it into your bid at whatever margin you choose. We don’t publish rates, and we don’t quote your client. The numbers are worked out on the partner call and per job.
Who carries the insurance on the drone work?
We do. Every flight is under our FAA Part 107 certification and our insurance, up to $1M. Certificates of insurance are available on request so you can pass them to your client along with your own.
What surfaces and buildings are a fit?
Exterior windows, glass, and facades on buildings from 3 up to 12–15 stories, with no power lines running directly against the structure. Send us an address before you bid and we’ll tell you if it works. Interior glass, ground-level pressure washing, and restoration stay with your crew.
How far ahead do we need to book you?
Plan on 2–3 weeks from your go-ahead, plus permit processing time where a permit is required. Permits are controlled by the municipality, so we state that time separately and never promise a date that ignores it.
What if the weather turns on the scheduled day?
We check wind, precipitation, and temperature at flight altitude, not just at street level. If conditions are outside our safe envelope we reschedule at no cost. Building one weather day into the job plan is usually enough.

Stop Passing on the Tall Ones

Fifteen minutes on a video call is all it takes to find out whether we’re a fit for the buildings you want to bid. Bring an address if you have one.
